There’s a screenshot going round saying Charli unfollowed her
BB Trickz, the Spanish rapper who last year saw success when she was featured on the Charli XCX remix album of Brat, is getting dragged online after saying on a podcast that she could “learn a lot” from Trump and Hitler. BB Trickz came to a lot of people’s attention when the remix album came out despite having some viral success already, because Charli XCX released the Brat remix album in the peak of Brat’s 2024 popularity and Trickz features on Club Classics – an already very popular Brat buzz single. Despite the remix getting acclaim, BB Trickz is now getting dragged for her comments on social media – with Twitter and Reddit aghast at her comments.

Appearing on a podcast, BB Trickz speaks in Spanish to the host and the audience. She is asked “is there any politician you would like to talk to about something”, to which Trickz says “Donald Trump. I don’t know, I would just let him talk. I would absorb.”
The host then asks “Do you think he could give you knowledge?”, and Trickz says “Oh 100 per cent yes. Of course. He won the election.” When the host says that Hitler won his election as well, BB Trickz replies “I could learn things from Hitler too.”
The audience then gasp.
In another podcast appearance clip shared online, BB Trickz states Kanye West and Donald Trump as her “biggest inspirations”, alongside Pharrell. Kanye West has of course also been publicly declaring admiration for Hitler.

Despite the fact a screenshot is circulating on Twitter claiming Charli XCX has unfollowed BB Trickz after the clips of her saying she could learn from Trump and Hitler appeared – this is untrue and as of the time of publication, Charli still follows her.
One discussing the backlash to BB Trickz comments on Trump and Hitler on Reddit said “Dumb as f*ck and thinking she’s edgy. It’s a shame, I liked that remix and thought there was potential but very quickly lost all interest in her after seeing this.”
