Summary

  • Drake set a new Billboard Hot 100 record with 400 cumulative weeks in the top 10
  • His track “Nokia” contributed its 16th week to this historic achievement
  • This follows his April record for most cumulative weeks on the Billboard 200

Drake has broken a second Billboard chart record in just two months.

ChartData reports that the OVO head is now the first artist in history with 400 cumulative weeks in the Billboard Hot 100 top 10. The news arrives as “Nokia” spends its 16th week in the top 10, moving down one spot to No. 10.

Back in April, he surpassed The Beatles to have the most cumulative weeks on the Billboard 200 with over 3,346 weeks on the chart. Some of his most notable releases include Take Care’s 578 weeks, Nothing Was the Same’s 505 weeks, Views at 411 weeks, More Life at 350 weeks and Scorpion at 300 weeks.

Drizzy is currently preparing to hit up the UK and Europe for his “$ome $pecial $hows 4 UK/EU” with PARTYNEXTDOOR. He’ll start off by headlining all three days of Wireless Festival (his first UK show in six years) followed by stops in Birmingham and Manchester in mid-July before going over to Amsterdam, Antwerp, Zuric, Cologne, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Milan, Paris, Berlin, Munich and Hamburg.
