An amateur artist has immortalised a number of Roy Keane’s most iconic red card moments throughout his career.
The Cork native had a stellar soccer career, including captaining Manchester United. Keano is now a pundit with Sky Sports, and is also part of The Overlaps’ Stick to Football podcast.
A recent podcast episode saw the 54-year-old discuss the 11 times he was sent off during his time at Old Trafford.

Brilliantly, some of the moments have now been preserved by way of Dublin painter Seán Harte, who is currently putting paint to canvas.
Seán is a visual designer but does a spot of painting in his free time and has created a number of iconic paintings, including a number of pictures from Father Ted.
His latest project is Roy Keane’s red card moments, which he was prompted to do following a Reddit discussion.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Seán explained that he had shared the Father Ted paintings on Reddit with one suggestion being a painting of Roy Keane and Arsenal’s Patrick Viera, who were rivals during their career.
From there, Seán was inspired to paint some of Keane’s other iconic moments, namely some of his red card incidents.
He told the publication: ‘I’d like to do one or two good Keane moments but obviously the red cards have been great because they’ve given me some great ideas.’
‘Another plan was to go down the route of more red cards so [Eric] Cantona jumping into the crowd, the [Zinedine] Zidane headbutt, [Luis] Suarez biting.’
Seán added that he was hoping to stay on the theme of football for a while.
Seán’s work can be seen on his Instagram here. He also has both a Shopify and Etsy, where all his prints can be purchased.
