Bounse MGMT has unveiled an expanded creative partnership between Hamish Fingland, Steve Milbourne, Lucy Fitzgerald and Abby Meysenburg.

After four years building from its base in Scotland, Bounse MGMT continues to evolve as a UK-wide full-service artist, producer and songwriter management company with a growing international reach.

Representing a roster including Jacob Alon, James Emmanuel, Lucia & The Best Boys, Parthenope, Pearl Charles, The New Eves and Walt Disco, the company said it remains “rooted in strategic artist development and hands-on, collaborative management designed to support both emerging and established talent globally”.

Hamish Fingland won Breakthrough Manager Of The Year last week at the 2025 Artist & Manager Awards.

“Our ambition is to continue growing a platform where artists and creatives can truly thrive,” said a statement from the team. “Bounse has always been about collaboration and creativity at its core, and we want to keep pushing boundaries in the way music and creativity connect.

“Together, we’re creating a management company that is compassionate, innovative, and focused on empowering our artists to discover their full potential and staying true to the working culture we’re nurturing.”

Steve Milbourne has also unveiled a new producer and songwriter roster at Bounse, featuring Seb Sternberg, Pedro Vito, Danny Lafrombe, Okan Orujov, and Michael Rault as well as delivering curated writing camps in the UK and US.

This expansion also marks a deeper focus on accelerating opportunities in sync, with recent placements on hit TV shows Lockerbie and Mayflies.

With touring experience across the UK, EU and North America, Abby Meysenburg will head up live at the company.

Recent highlights from the team include The New Eves’ critically acclaimed debut LP making a chart impact, Jacob Alon’s BBC Introducing 2025 Artist Of The Year award and Mercury Prize nomination, and James Emanuel winning the Spotlight Award at the Scottish Music Awards 2025.

Bounse MGMT will launch Glasgow band Fatale in 2026 as their first company-wide project.

Hamish Fingland added: “I’ve worked independently for years and I’m proud of the culture Bounse stands for. I wanted to build a team with like-minded people. When meeting Lucy on the MMF Accelerator, we quickly discovered we share the same values, ethics, and approach.

“Earlier this year, Steve and I spent time in Joshua Tree making a record with James Emmanuel and Steve’s producer Michael Rault. That experience fired me up, Steve’s out-of-the-box ideas were a joy to collaborate with. I’ve always strived to foster a sense of community among my artists, so now is the time to build that within Bounse too.”

Paul Bonham, professional development director, MMF, said: “All of us at MMF are really proud to hear of the continued growth and evolution of Bounse MGMT, especially after Hamish’s recognition as Breakthrough Manager at the Artist & Manager Awards. Having two former Accelerator participants join forces and bring others along with them is incredibly pleasing. That’s a real testament to YouTube Music’s long-term investment in the Accelerator programme, as well as the efforts we’ve been making at the MMF to ensure more management businesses around the UK can develop strong and sustainable roots.”
