Japanese virtual artist KAF celebrates sixth anniversary with release of first English song “Answer”

Virtual artist KAF has become a significant figure in contemporary Japanese music, known for her dynamic voice and sold-out performances. She now releases “Answer,” her first song sung entirely in English.

This new version updates the lyrics of her 2020 original, which served as the ending theme for the anime series Black Clover. KAF translates the song into English, retaining the original’s essence while exploring new artistic possibilities. This release marks a step toward sharing her work with a broader audience.

“Answer” arrives just after KAF’s sixth anniversary as an artist and about two months ahead of her fourth album, Fable, which features collaborations with various producers to push the artist into new sonic terrain and helping her expand what she’s capable of vocally.
