As the branch manager and VP of Mortgage Lending for the Aguilar Mortgage Team at Guaranteed Rate, Art Aguilar puts his clients first and strives to be the best version of himself day in and day out. “Clients understand that I am always there to lend a helping hand,” he says. “Whatever questions they have, I am always a phone call or text away.”
With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of lending, Aguilar has done it all, including small personal loans, auto loans, home loans, land loans, commercial loans, and agriculture loans. Aguilar now specializes in mortgage lending full time, working with clients from all income brackets. “We try to serve all clients within our community,” he says. “Whether they are first-time homebuyers or clients looking to downsize as they approach retirement, we cater to every client depending on their unique situation.”
Inspired by the opportunity to make a difference in his customers’ lives, Aguilar creates an individualized strategy for clients, so they have a clear understanding of how to get on the right path to homeownership. Every year, Aguilar and his team assist hundreds of families, many of whom are repeat clients and referrals.
Aguilar is a board member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals North Houston and spends his free time with his beautiful wife and daughter as well as being a fan of and cheering on all Houston sports teams.
