Celebrities with Caribbean roots were among the star-studded procession that paraded before photographers at The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute benefit gala.

Known popularly as the Met Gala, the event on Monday celebrated the opening of the “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” exhibition and invited guests did their best to honour the iconic designer with their fashion.

Puerto Rico’s Bad Bunny, Guyana’s Letitia Wright, Barbados’ Rihanna with her beau ASAP Rocky who is of Barbadian heritage along with Dom Rep/Trinidadian rapper Cardi B, Lil Nas X of Dominican heritage and Naomi Campbell of Jamaican heritage all repped for the region.
