Greenville County Museum of Art will host its 38th Antiques, Fine Art & Design Weekend sponsored by United Community Oct. 18-20 at 420 College St. in downtown Greenville.

The free event will feature antiques, fine art and design available for purchase from exhibitors across the Southeast. It will also include an appearance by guest speaker Mark D. Sikes, an interior designer, author and tastemaker who has worked on projects like the White House and Blair House. While his appearance is sold out, interested individuals may join the waitlist.

“Through my service on the board of the Greenville County Museum of Art and other organizations, I’ve seen firsthand how art can inspire, educate and strengthen communities,” said Flavia Harton, a GCMA member and the wife of United Community CEO Lynn Harton. “United Community’s sponsorship of the Annual Antiques, Fine Art & Design Weekend underscores the bank’s commitment to supporting artistic expression as a vital part of our region’s cultural and economic vitality. This event not only showcases exceptional artistry but also sustains the museum’s mission to engage and inspire future generations. We are honored to play a role in fostering an arts culture that enriches Greenville and beyond.”

GCMA’s AFAD will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 pm., Oct. 18, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 19, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 20. For more information, visit gcma.org/antiques.
