A MAKE-UP artist has raved about her “most-used” foundation being on sale at TK Maxx for a third of the price.

Jenny Ojo shared her excitement after spotting the cult-favourite Nars Light Reflecting Skincare Foundation being on sale for just £12.99.

Typically the beloved make-up item sets you back £42 – or £43.50 if you buy from Boots.

Jenny, who posts under @jennyojomua, shared: “Wow wow wow @tkmaxxuk.

“What a steal! I use this foundation on the majority of my brides.. it’s beautiful!”

The foundation is said to “blur imperfections, smooth the look of textured skin, and helps conceal blemishes, dark spots, and redness.”

What celebs REALLY look like without make-up on… spoiler, they’re gorgeous

And not only that, it claims to “visibly improve skin’s clarity after six weeks of daily use, even after makeup is removed.”

Jenny found the Nars product in Twickenham, but said she also spotted them in Kew Retail Park too.

The make-up pro added: “A staff member told me a while back that their delivery days are Thursday, so Fri morning is a good time to go.

“Not sure if that’s still the same but worth checking with your local one.”

She added that while Twickenham had them in darker shades, Kew offered more variety.

Many people seemed desperate to get their hands on the foundation, with her view racking up hundreds of likes.

With so many different formats, formulations and finishes of foundations available, narrowing down exactly what you need often feels like an impossible task – especially for a reasonable price.

A quick search of the Boots website throws up 366 products, while Superdrug has more than 1,000 under ‘foundation’.

So which is the best?

But despite all this competition, Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place remains the UK’s number one prestige foundation, 28 years since its launch.

We previously tried three new lightweight foundations with added skincare benefits.

Wedding makeup do’s and dont’s

Paige Williams, Founder & CEO of the iconic P.Louise makeup brand shared her tips.

DO: Go timeless over trendy
We all love a trend babe, but for your wedding day? Let’s keep it classic. Think soft glam, radiant skin, neutral tones with a pop of sparkle – You want to look back in ten years and still be obsessed with your glam. Classic never goes out of style.

DON’T: Try something totally new
Your wedding day is not the time to switch it up with neon liner or completely new brows babe. You want to feel like you, just the most elevated, glowing version. Stick to what you know makes you feel confident and gorgeous.

DO: Prioritise long-wear formulas
Your wedding is a marathon, not a sprint. You’re not just walking down the aisle, you’re dancing, hugging, crying, and posing all day long. You need makeup that’s in it for the long haul. Go for waterproof, transfer-proof & cry-proof products. Your face needs to slay from ‘I do’ to the last dance and be able to handle those happy tears.

DON’T: Overload your base
Babes, less is more. You want coverage, not cake. Go for that breathable, buildable base that lets your real skin glow through. You’re aiming for flawless, not flat. Trust me, your photos will thank you.

DO: Book a trial
Non-negotiable. Whether you’re DIY-ing your glam or booking a MUA, a trial is your makeup dress rehearsal. Test it in daylight, take selfies, wear it for hours. It’s the only way to know it’ll hit just right on the day.

DON’T: Forget your neck & chest
Don’t stop the glam at your jawline, babe. Blend that foundation, bronzer and glow down to your neck and chest, we’re going for seamless, snatched and sculpted from every angle. You’re the main event, let it show.
