WILKES-BARRE — The 70th annual Fine Arts Fiesta, featuring artists, crafts, entertainment, music and more, continued Friday and ends Friday on Public Square.
Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The Phil Giordano Jazz Orchestra is the music headliner scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday.
