Memorial Art Gallery to accept donations for Art & Treasures Sale

Rochester Democrat and Chronicle

The MAG Council soon will accept donations for its Art & Treasures Sale.

Gently used antiques, fine art, china, porcelain, silver, crystal, jewelry, housewares, notions, books and small furniture may be dropped off at the Memorial Art Gallery from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, June 1, or from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 2. No appointment is necessary. For information or to schedule an early donation, contact the MAG Council at 585-276-8910 or magcouncil@mag.rochester.edu.

The sale will begin with a preview night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 4. Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased at https://mag.rochester.edu/event/art-treasures/.

Admission is free for the rest of the sale, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, June 7.

The Memorial Art Gallery is at 500 University Ave.Champion Moving & Storage and Wegmans are providing additional support for the sale.
