Sannib, who is based in London, will visit the Westover Gallery on Saturday, Saturday, September 13.

The artist, who is known for his “bold, layered reimaginings of 20th-century icons”, will be in residence at the gallery from 4pm to 6pm.

He will combine classic portraiture with abstraction to bring his signature style to life for guests.

Attendees will be able to engage with the artist and find out more about his creative process.

They will also be able to view a selection of his current and most iconic works, including limited editions and original pieces.

A spokesperson for the event said: “Whether you’re an art dreamer or a seasoned collector, this event offers a deep dive into Sannib’s imaginative process and his innovative way of seeing the world.”

Sannib, a “master of mixed media”, incorporates graphic elements, painting techniques, diverse materials and rich textures into his work.

He draws his artistic inspiration from nature’s spectrum, including the golden tones of the earth and the blues of the sea and sky.

Admission is by RSVP only.
