For art enthusiasts, the city offers multiple entry points, from large-scale public installations by international artists to a contemporary art gallery, multifunctional convention spaces, and Indonesia’s first full 360-degree immersive performance DOME.
When asked what Nuanu prioritises beyond architecture, CEO Lev Kroll explained, “People want great homes, but that’s so much more than walls and design. It’s the privilege of creating an environment where happiness lives, where people dream bigger and find meaning in daily life. A place you’d want your children to grow up in. That comes from cool neighbors, real conversations, and living in harmony with the land we’re blessed to inhabit.”
That “life” shows up in how people gather around art, food, movement, and nature. By the ocean, Luna carries a calm coastal rhythm through live sets, movement pieces, sunset gatherings, and ingredient-led dining. A short walk inland brings you to Lumeira, Nuanu’s wellness hub with its wood-fired dome sauna, plant-forward restaurant, cold-plunge pools, and healing traditions. Deeper in the landscape, Magic Garden adds another layer, an evolving botanical sanctuary where visitors can encounter and learn about Bali’s endangered flora.
Community is central to Nuanu’s identity. Education forms one of its cornerstones, with an international school encouraging creative and conscious learning alongside a free art-centred school for local children. Through a partnership with Genius Group, a dedicated district is evolving into Genius City, an initiative exploring how AI-powered learning can coexist with human connection.
Movement across the city is electric-vehicle only, the air feels cleaner, and the rhythm of life is slower and more intentional. Nuanu feels less like a development and more like a place growing into itself.
Nuanu also offers two distinct hospitality experiences. OSHOM sits between mangrove forests and the open sea, shaped by a calm, nature-first sensibility. Nuanu Suites, a cluster of dome-shaped rooms surrounded by greenery, is designed for immersive, experiential stays.

The upcoming X Hotel, open for public investment, will be Nuanu’s first hospitality asset designed for long-term returns.
